Our rich breakfast buffet
Enjoy the start of the day with a hearty breakfast in our Biedermeier restaurant.
Our buffet has something for everyone: freshly baked bread rolls, a variety of cereals and yogurt, fruit and jam, hearty cold cuts, eggs, boiled or scrambled. We are happy to serve you coffee, cocoa, tea and/or juices.
We attach particular importance to regional food and supporting local farmers. Our apples come from Weinböhla, the sausage from Radeberg and the eggs from happy hens from Hermsdorf. Can you taste the difference?
We take allergies and food intolerances into consideration at all times and are happy to offer vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free alternatives – we ask you to let us know when you make your reservation.
In summer and in good weather, you can enjoy breakfast on our terrace and welcome the first rays of sunshine of the day with a cup of coffee.
We also welcome guests from out of town in our breakfast restaurant. Please make a reservation in advance at our reception.
